A Sovereign Woman…
I'm Black and Filipino, and both halves of that heritage show up in everything I make. You'll usually find me in the kitchen first — cooking is where I slow down and let flavor tell a story, blending the dishes I grew up with into something new.
When I'm not cooking, I'm moving: lifting, sweating, pushing my body because strength feels like freedom. And when I need to create in a different language, I paint — colors and shapes that say what words sometimes can't.
Food, fitness, and art aren't separate parts of my life; they're all the same instinct, just expressed differently. This is where I come alive, and I'd love for you to be part of it.
